Its very important to take milk at night. Milk has casein which is important for muscle repair and recovery after all the physical movements happening throughout the day. Also milk is a rich source of calcium essential for the bones. Unfortunately the quality of packaged milk that we get in cities is very very poor. We become lactose intolerant consuming that milk. Best option to use and which I personally use is a high quality milk based protien with high digestibility index to fulfill my daily casein and calcium requirement.
